XPE Foam Insulation theory:
A. Impact sound insulation

XPE Foam Insulation Construction Methods:
(1) Clear up the ground, make the ground flat
(2) Laying soundproofing mat. Phase where lap or flat can be connected. Lap width of not less than 50MM. Butt just have to glue the seams with special cement. Seams sealed with tape covering the paste to prevent cement from entering the joints caused by the sound of the bridge. (the effect will be better if lay the damping insulation board again)
(3) All insulation pads around the edge of the wall should be folded up, Keep 2-3 times height of the floating building and stick to the wall with adhesive points to prevent rigid contact.
(4) After that, laying the cement and ceramic immediately, (use 4mm thickness cement if the floor is concrete, when the area of the soundproofing space is more than 6 square, add steel mesh in the upper of the concrete to avoid the soundproofing mat pierced.
(5) Pave decoration layer according to different ground requirements.
